What are the pricing & payment options available?
Our pricing varies depending on the number and types of characters you rent, as well as the rental duration. We offer competitive rates with options for every budget. Payments can be made through our website using major credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers. Full payment is required to secure your booking. Upon scheduling there is a $100 non-refundable deposit. Deposit is credited towards your remaining balance.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
To ensure your reservation is secure, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100. This deposit guarantees that the marquees and your event date are exclusively reserved for you.
Here’s how it works:
Deposit Amount: A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Credit Towards Balance: This deposit will be credited towards the remaining balance of your rental.
Final Payment: The full balance is due 72 hours before your event to ensure everything is set for your special day.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:Non-Refundable: If you need to cancel your event, the deposit is retained. However, we understand that plans can change, and we offer flexibility:
Rescheduling: You can apply your deposit to a new date within 60 days of the original event date, subject to availability.
Exceptions: Any deviations from this policy must be submitted in writing and require pre-approval by the owners of C&D Marquees.
